Today’s changes: Offline clipping

Just two days ago we released our new web clipper and received high marks from you, our cherished users. You also told us that you would like to have the same functionality for your offline clips, too. We listened. Here’s the world’s first offline clipper:

Our engineering team spent innumerable night shifts to make this happen. Here a few pics to showcase this breakthrough functionality:

Simply click in the top right corner of your newspaper. Near instantly our offline clipper shows up as overlay over the current newspaper page. Now you may start with your customary clipping experience. Each clip is automatically stored in your online account thus even bridging the digital-print divide. Neat, isn’t it?

Best of all, it also works with printouts. No more cumbersome scanning but simply click the top right corner and clip what you want to keep (patents pending):

You may download your offline clipper here! And we’d love to hear your feedback on our latest invention. Drop us a note or add a comment to this post.

Happy offline clipping!
