Copy to Word - Simple report composing
Some days ago we release the "Copy to Word" function. Let me detail this great function a bit more.
The other day I had to pull together a number options for conference hotels. In October we go for one of our legendary offsite events called Nektoominar. With Memonic, clipping the essential of each hotel option was a breeze. After completing my research I wanted to pull these bits and pieces together in one nice word report.
Normally a scrabble about my open tabs followed by a dreary copy paste exercice and re-researching of some accidentally closed tabs. No longer. Here's why:
One of the places we're tempted to go is the Bären in Dürrenroth.
Actually we've been there for another offsite meeting some years ago and liked it quite much! Clipping a picture and some text for all to get the memories awake plus the contact details on this page (below the fold) was sufficient.I continued the research and found a number of other possible venues.
Once research completed I sorted out the options not qualifying after some more reflection. Now I was ready to compose that word report. On each detail item you see that "W" button (Pink circle below).

A click and the content of the item is automatically pasted to the local clipboard of my notebook / PC. Now a simple <CTRL C> or a "Paste" command and the entire text is correctly pasted into the document.

Report composing just got a great deal easier.
That said, the feature is currently in experimental status (i.e. some polishing is still required). We would appreciate your feedback!

And for our friends in Japan we have a little gift, too: A
At Memonic we release new versions every two weeks. Usually we release smaller incremental changes that you as a user might not even notice. Not so this time. Since today the Memonic Collection has a new look & feel.
But there is more. Two weeks ago we introduced Memonic Groups, a great way to share and collect items with your friends and co-workers. With this release we've added a lot of needed polish to the groups. For example you can now edit the Items of other group members. We're exited that Memonic is slowly becoming a collaborative platform.

Thanks to our friends Eugene and Sergey we are now able to offer Memonic in Russian, too. A great thank you to both of them!
You may now decide for each item whether only you, your friends or the public may access the item. This implies also a change of the permission policy as outlined in
